EazyPave outdoor porcelain paving forms part of the Class A fire-rated range from BM Architectural.
Naturally A1 fire-rated, porcelain paving is the perfect floor covering for balconies and terraces to meet fire safety building regulations, that ban the use of combustible materials on external walls of mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings e.g. Approved Document B.
Suitable for both new-build construction and refurbishment projects, EazyPave can be used to replace non-compliant timber or composite decking as part of a remediation scheme. Fire-rated substructures, comprising steel support pedestals and aluminium joists, are also available to enable the quick, safe and accurate installation of suspended paving installations.
