The EazyRail aluminium railing system creates a stylish safety barrier that features the crisp, clean lines popular in modern high-rise urban living. The system can be customised to suit any aesthetic, from industrial chic to a more refined, sleek appearance, and produced in any RAL colour. It’s often designed to match the colour of the external door and window frames, and to contrast with other elements of the building envelope.
Extruded in 6060 Aluminium, EazyRail is a third the weight of an equivalent steel barrier, making it considerably easier to handle, transport and install on site, and reducing mechanical lift requirements. Strong, durable and resistant to rusting and staining, EazyRail is offered with a 25 year design life.
The system is supplied in pre-assembled modules, mitigating the need for any onsite welding or fabrication. Mitred handrail cappings are added once the railing is installed to complete the look and for maximum comfort and grip.

The system is offered with a Polyester powder coating (PPC), available in any RAL colour. The standard 10 year warranty on the coating can be extended if an alternative finish is specified e.g. Interpon, QualiCoat etc.
Forming part of our Class A fire-rated product range, EazyRail Aluminium Railing is suitable for use on the external walls of mid to high-rise residential buildings to Approved Document B (ADB) or similar regulation. It can be used on new-build or remediation / renovation schemes.

All designs are engineered to provide a barrier height of 1100mm with no gaps of 100mm or more, in line with UK regulations for edge protection systems.

0.74kN loading - fixed to steel at 1226mm centres (shown)
1.5kN loading - fixed to steel at 1022mm centres

0.74kN loading – fixed to steel at 1226mm centres or concrete at 1248mm centres

1.5kN loading - fixed to steel/concrete at 514mm centres

We offer a wide range of options for handrail cappings, support posts and upright pickets. These can be used to modify the overall look of EazyRail to best suit your project aesthetic. The options enable architects to design railings in a range of styles, from a heavy industrial look to a more slender appearance. And remember, the EazyRail system is available in any RAL colour so can be designed to either blend or contrast with other elements of the building envelope, such as window and door frames or external cladding.
Handrail Cappings
Our most popular handrail option is the sloped capping (80 x 37mm). This prevents people from balancing items on the handrail, such as drinks, phones etc, which could then fall and harm those below. Other options include: Standard (80 x 30mm), Low Profile (80 x 15mm), Narrow (60 x 25mm) and Slim (60 x 13mm). All handrail cappings are produced up to six metres in length and are installed as a secondary operation on site.
Support Posts
We offer two sizes of support post: 50 x 15mm and 65 x 15mm. This component is not required on the W2 fascia plate system which is face-fixed to a structure.
Upright Pickets
We offer three upright picket options. The variations are Deep (65 x 15mm), Standard (50 x 15mm) and Narrow (45 x 13mm). The Deep option is unsuitable for the J1 Juliet balcony system; all other combinations of system and upright picket style are available.
