A1 EazyDeck-FC is a non-combustible fibre cement decking system combining Class A1 fire performance with an authentic woodgrain finish and excellent long-term durability.

Engineered as a fire-safe alternative to timber and composite decking, A1 EazyDeck-FC provides architects and building owners with a robust and attractive solution for balconies and other elevated outdoor spaces. It is suitable for new-build, remediation and refurbishment projects, including residential developments and high-traffic commercial environments.

Coloured through the core, these boards feel solid underfoot and feature a textured surface providing superior slip resistance.

Ideal for year-round outdoor exposure, this material is resistant to UV, frost, heat and temperature changes, helping to maintain its appearance and performance over time. It is also resistant to scratches and stains, making it suitable for areas subject to regular use, with minimal maintenance requirements.

For a complete fire-rated outdoor flooring solution, A1 EazyDeck-FC can be installed with our Class A substructures. All system components have a fire classification of Class A2-s1,d0 or better to EN 13501-1, providing a coordinated approach to fire performance across the application.
