Bowling Green Road Apartments, Gainsborough
Located in the historic Lincolnshire market town of Gainsborough, the Bowling Green Road housing development has transformed overgrown wasteland along the River Trent into a vibrant new neighbourhood.
The scheme comprises 135 new homes and includes 60 one and two bedroom apartments set across two 4-storey blocks, to be known as Bailey House and Trent House on completion.

Each balcony features an EazyFit 1.5kN glass balustrade system from BM Architectural. These pre-drilled aluminium base channels are finished in a bold, anodised, black finish and complemented by matching black handrails.
An EazyFit 1.5kN system is a fully tested, glass fitting solution to BS 6180, designed to accommodate loads up to 1.5kN/m and suitable for providing fall protection in both residential and commercial applications.
Dry-glazed, two-sided screw-clamp technology securely holds the glass in place and allows for precise on-site adjustments, enabling installers to fine-tune glass alignment without the use of sealants or specialist tools.
The result is a balcony design with striking black detailing that complements the overall modern styling of this attractive riverside development, and fall protection to ensure the on-going safety and comfort of all residents.
